Introduction
Innovative Governance Reforms Federation (IGRF) is a non-profit organization established to promote a greener, more eco-friendly living environment for all. It promotes environmental sustainability, education, and rural development through its projects “Green Harmony”, “Green Campus”, and “Green Village”.
The Company is developing dense forests at 6 locations in Rajasthan, India with 1,00,000+ plants using the Miyawaki Plantation technique, which aims to rejuvenate and enhance green cover and biodiversity, in addition to its projects Green Campus and Green Village.
The Company’s management has over 15 years of combined experience in designing and implementing CSR projects focused on education, healthcare, rural development, environmental sustainability, animal welfare, women empowerment, skill development, etc.
Our Directors
Dr. Vijay Vyas
Dr. Vijay Vyas has 20+ years of rich and versatile experience in Corporate, Academic, and NGO settings. He has handled challenging profiles in Corporate and Academic Alliances, Training and Placement, Sales and Marketing, Academics and Research, Business Development and Channel Management, and CSR Project implementation.
Dr. Vyas is a Ph.D. in Management from Suresh Gyan Vihar University, Jaipur, an MBA in Finance and Human Resource Management, a P.G. Diploma in International Business and Finance and Tax Practice Management, and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting, B. Com (Honours) from Jai Narain Vyas University, Jodhpur, Rajasthan. He is also a certified career analyst, Infosys-certified soft skills trainer and effective communicator.
He handled the implementation of various corporate social responsibility (CSR) projects as an implementation partner i.e. School Transformation Project, Smart School Development Project, Robotics Lab Project, Holistic Rural Development Program, Community Empowerment Programs, Village Enrichment Program, Adoption of Villages Program, Adoption of School Program, Skill Upgradation Program for Employment Readiness, Smart-Class & e-Learning Project, Road School Program, Tribal Hostels Transformation Project, Scholarship Facilitation Initiatives, Career Guidance Program, etc.
Anusiya Vyas
Anusiya Vyas has experience in Education, Health, and Social Services. She has a Master of Arts (History) and a Master of Library Science. She started her career with the Public Health System as a counselor for HIV AIDS prevention and awareness. She has also conducted various events and programs for preventive health.
She has also served educational institutes as a faculty member for subjects related to arts and library science. She has also been associated as a subject matter expert and consultant with Ed. Tech. Organization.
Shweta Mishra
Shweta Mishra holds a bachelor’s degree (B.A.) and a master’s degree in arts (M.A. in English) from University of Bikaner, Rajasthan. She also has a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA) from AISECT (Pilani) and a Certificate Course in Computer Applications & Programming from Birla Technical Training Institute, Pilani, Rajasthan.
She has experience in Education and Social Services. She worked as a resource coordinator to provide digital education through digital products and online solutions to schools. She has also worked as an academic trainer to provide training on digital products and solutions to Birla Shishu Vihar, Pilani, Rajasthan.
